Landscape Installation Warranty

We guarantee that all plants and trees installed by Designscapes of Long Island are healthy and true to name at the time of installation.

Warranty Coverage:

All plants and trees are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of installation, provided that the irrigation system is purchased, installed, and properly programmed by Designscapes of Long Island.

Exclusions – The Following Are Not Covered Under Warranty:

Lawn sod, and transplanted plants or trees.

Damage resulting from drought stress or overwatering due to inadequate or improper irrigation management after installation.Damage caused by deer or other wildlife.

Hardscape Installation Warranty
All hardscape installations are warranted in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty selected by the client. This includes coverage for both materials and labor.

Outdoor Structure Warranty
All outdoor structures—including kitchens, pergolas, and gazebos—are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty for the products selected by the client. Designscapes of Long Island honors this coverage for both labor and materials as part of our installation.

All warranty claims are subject to on-site inspection and verification by Designscapes of Long Island. Proper maintenance and care are required to keep warranties valid.
